All orders take 5 - 7 days to process before shipping and an increase in quantities impacts the production time

Currently we are not shipping internationally.
PREORDER | BACKORDER
For Preorders and Backorders to items with high demand, please email us at info@cmentcreations.co.za. This way you can secure your favorite items. Do note however, that because all products are individually handcrafted, production takes time.

RETURN POLICY
Please note that we do not issue refunds or exchanges. We try our best to photograph and describe our products to the best of our abilities – Feel free to ask about any query you might have before placing an order.
Don’t forget to take detailed notes of measurements provided in each listing.
We hold a small inventory of select items as we loves small batch produced goods – uniqueness is what we bring to the table. Returns and exchanges denies our other guests the chance to purchase our products.
Our Planter and Décor items being lovingly handcrafted and/or painted, no two products can be identical and minor imperfections (bubbles or small cracks) are to be expected – That is the beauty of them. We would never send out an item we wouldn’t have in our own home.
We pride ourselves on quality.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This should be done within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PAYMENTS
We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards through our secured payment system & PayFast! Please note that your card will be charged in South African Rand.
